3-month warranty
All our sunglasses come with a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If something isn't right, email us with your order number and a photo and we'll replace or refund it. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely at checkout with Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay or a credit/debit card. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Can I return an item if I’m not satisfied?
Yes. You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, including sale items, as long as it's unused and in its original condition. Just email us first so we can send you the return instructions.
What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns from the date of delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused and in their original packaging, and return postage is paid by the customer.
